Lewis CanCut has been Dj’ing for over 7 years across Melbourne, playing his signature blend of world beats, percussive house and tropical disco. During this time he has held down residencies at many clubs including Revolver, First Floor, Lucky Coq, Workshop and more.
He has supported a slew of international and local artists such as NASA (US), Shit Robot (US), Rico Tubbs (FIN), Douster (FRA), Solo (ITA), Mowgli (ITA), Ajax (SYD), Kingdom (US), Sound Pellegrino (FRA), Mommas Boy (FRA), Jamie Fanatic (NTL), Sharkslayer (FIN), Mighty Fools (NTL), Beataucue (FRA), Dj Sega (US), Edu-K (Brasil), Dave Nada (US), Renaissance Man (FIN), Harvard Bass (US), Wongo (QLD), Dj Benzi (US), Detboi (UK), Kelevra (UK), Killer Queens (SYD) and Control Freak (QLD).
An accomplished producer, Lewis released his first Solo Ep during June 2010. The release gained a great deal of local and international support with the lead track becoming the second most downloaded song from Turntablelab during that month. He has also completed remixes for artists such as Kilpar (No Brainer Records), Mc Zulu (Oi You Recordings), Faux Pas, Edu K and more..
