Get Yerself Zapped!
Scatterblog does disco! Normally a hustler of upfront club music I’m gonna change things up for this post with as we bring you a free download of the new ep from the elusive Melbourne boogie-soca-disco-afro-cosmic master, Pharoah Zap. As tropical flavours shape up to be the sound of our Melbourne summer, we’re all been collecting warm beat driven tracks like a bunch of crazies and perhaps neglecting groove based music on the same summer tip. Time though to fix that, pour a little rum and wear your best cane hat a little lower.
The Pharoah had his personal assistant call me from the studio and request a remix which I was happy to supply in return for a small island in the south pacific. Not a bad trade considering all I did was bump the tempo, add some compulsory blips and an occasional elephant. Anyhow, without any further lies I bring you ‘Discreole’.
