Douster goes Triassic!
Yes yes yes, Douster owns us… We’ve been hanging to get our hands on the full version of his latest EP on ZZK Records, “Triassic”, which shows him going back to prehistoric times and imagining the soundtrack of a life during that fabled dinosaur era. With “raw rhythms, primitive melodies and cavemen chants that sound from a world when the land masses were connected, (Douster is) shedding borders and grooving primitively to his strain of electronic music. Sounds like fun yeah? Especially when Douster says that this image inspired him.
Be sure to pick up the EP, out Oct 20th (same release date as Hornbo, whoop!)

Also if you missed his last mix (for ZZK, an entire mix of his original productions) which blew us all away (seriously, a total MUST listen) – we posted it exclusively on the Scatterblog Facebook page – then here is his latest mix, a podcast for XLR8R which also has a total element of awesome. This one sees him pushing through more of a sorta afrojacked club teritory, but still throwing in the odd hip-hop/dancehall jam, a bit of tropical and some originals- shaking the mix to be totes Douster…
